Dr. Farouk to offer 8 historic recitals in the 2024-25 season.

Looking forward to performing 8 different recital programs this year featuring the complete sonatas of Schumann, Chopin, Scriabin, and Prokofiev. As well as the complete Chopin Ballades, Scherzi and Impromptus. It is very special for me to perform all 10 Scriabin sonatas (as well as his B minor fantasy) as a tribute to Scriabin’s 110th death anniversary. Also, to perform all 9 Prokofiev sonatas as the year 2025 marks the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II.
